Dr. Nagesh Dabke
Co-founderCo-founder of the company, he completed his BSc. Tech from the reputed Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai. He did his Ph.D. from the National Chemical Laboratory, Pune. After working as a scientist there, he started the company in 1995 and has spearheaded the growth of the company to the levels of today. He is one of the most respected names in the industry for his technical knowledge and product development.
Anjali Dabke
Co-founderCo-founder of the company and a bachelor of Law and Commerce, she is the Head of the Accounts and Finance Departments at Spectra. She is also responsible for Asset Management. Her knowledge of law and finance has been extremely crucial in strategy decisions for taking the company forward over the years.
Chinmay Dabke
Following in the footsteps of his father, he completed his B.Tech. from Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai. He was then awarded a scholarship to complete his M.S from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, USA. He joined Spectra in 2012. He is head of planning and production and is looking at expanding Spectra’s scope by venturing into other allied fields in speciality chemicals.
